I'm currently trying to create multiple build pipelines for my Angular app in Azure DevOps using the new YAML way. I used to create a new build pipeline for the different environments I've set up (dev, staging, prod) when I was using the "legacy" visual builder.

But since I've switched to YAML-style build definitions everytime I try to create a new pipeline I get redirected to the existing azure-pipelines.yml. As far as I can tell from the docs it is not possible to define multiple pipelines in a single .yml file either.

Is this scenario currently not supported in Azure DevOps?

We want only some people to be able to create 'release/*' branch in Azure DevOps cloud(?) repo.

I have a Terraform script that spins up an App Service. This script is triggered via HTTP get request.

Then I have a package within Azure DevOps pipeline that I currently deploy manually once the App Service has been created.

I have a DevOps account with a project in it. I am using the Agile process. I have work items such as bugs, features, etc. Please notice that I can actually see bugs in my KanBan board as I did the configuration to show bugs in there.

Problem is that if my bugs have the root area MyArea, they are shown in the board, but if I set a subarea MyArea/Subarea, the bug disappears from the board.

I have some Python project, like a library. I have also two Azure DevOps environment feeds, NPRD and PROD for example. There are two different pipelines for build and post artifacts.

Now I need to define some different constants in my code for these envs, like URLS, end-points, etc. Maybe part of them I want to be secured. My built artifact (whl actually) will work on some user machine which I don't have access to and I can't define environment variables for my properties.

So how can I inject these values to the project during pipeline build? Is it possible?

I googled and found nothing in Microsoft documentation for this purpose but I did find it can be done using Zapier

As per organizational policies I can not use Zapier or any third-party tools/sites.
