I have read articles about the differences between SOAP and REST as a web service communication protocol, but I think that the biggest advantages for REST over SOAP are:

REST is more dynamic, no need to create and update UDDI(Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration).

REST is not restricted to only XML format. RESTful web services can send plain text/JSON/XML.

But SOAP is more standardized (E.g.: security).

 I am using an exception function for my http request. For my task I need to read the response and if it is giving Internal Server Error, we have to return a null object. I tried using Mono.empty() as the exception function only takes mono as returned object. But now I get the error for UnsupportedMediaTypeException: Content type 'text/html;charset=UTF-8' not supported Is there a way to return a Mono that is empty without encountering this error. 

How to return a Mono empty object such that it is accepted by the application/json format?

I am trying to recreate this create a new card API, but based on docs, I'm not sure how should I pass the data required, should it be inside the query parameters (req.params to collect the data), for example /1/cards?name=cardName&desc=cardDescription, or should it be inside the req.body?

Here I've created many apex database packages. Now I have unique domains for every of these apex applications. Currently, I have written a redirect in each of those domain settings to my apex software. Forex.

A redirect isn't google pleasant. However, I cannot buy oracle net website hosting for each area too. Is there any other proper answer available?

That means, when I buy a shared web hosting server, I will create as many PHP packages as I want. But now not positive if that is also feasible in the oracle apex.
