Is there a way to train time-series data with non time-series in a model?

Working on the series data there are some time series modals so that we can learn which time series modal will be appropriate for predictive performance.

1.Classical time series modals.

2.Supervised modals,

3.and Deep learning modals

above models will be great upon against each other to select the best-performing one

and the non-time series data doesn't follow a sequence or pattern of occurrence so this kind of data wecan put it into non timeseries modals...
