I have 2 different tool which works for data center automation. First tool is installed with Oracle DB, the second tool is installed with a SQL Server database.

On first tool if I do any task, for that task it creates the result and store some where in Oracle DB Table. That result data which is available in table I wanted to SYNC with SQL Server database in new table or in existing table.

I am looking for this use case solution.

If any one have knowledge then please help me or guide me.
