How to use PyBullet from Github

I'm quiet experienced in Python notebooks, however I'm new to github. I'm trying to download and use the following code.

PyBullet: https://github.com/google-research/tiny-differentiable-simulator

I've downloaded the files. I've also added Cmake to the path in the Windows settings. But I don't know what to do next to run the scripts.

Any advice on how to get it working?
