Agile Development 101 Video

I have been looking for a great video that I can display at a "lunch and analyze" on agile improvement/scrum. Our enterprise is in the main waterfall and the general public has never even heard of agile improvement let alone have any concrete information on the subject. There are plenty of splendid assets accessible that communicate about agile, but they all appear to assume primary working information of agile. I can't locate one that gives an amazing, all the way down to earth, introduction to agile improvement for those who know nothing about it.
