My company has just been given its first large-scale improvement project inquiry and that I would like to use an agile process. The client has imaginative and prescient for the utility however brazenly admits to having very few requirements and recognizes that we can rate via the hour. Due to this, I have all however bought him on an agile approach.
The problem is that he wishes a figure to price range around. I've studied some of the articles that pretty a whole lot advocate against giving up an estimate because the patron will budget for that quantity and even as necessities trade, the number in their head and inside the books doesn't.
I have studied there are some of the ways to a component in pricing in the contract, however nearly all (store one) incorporate an up-front wide variety. This just seems to violate the entire set of standards of agile improvement.
