I later shifted to a new organization that observe an agile mode of improvement. The contemporary project we're working on has stalled due to many requirement changes that had been pronounced these days. When you consider that this is my first agile project (after working for 4 years in a non-agile environment), it's a chunk tough to distinguish wherein the problem is.
Ruby on rails is the platform this is getting used for improvement. Since I cannot ask a vague question, I'm able to narrow it to this.
In agile, is it ok for the business crew to relax and give necessities at will? (some requirements given all through the final sprints were altering the complete layout of our app)
Or, is the development team's mistake no longer foreseeing the several opportunities of the software and not having a concrete layout that would have welcomed atypical modifications?
